* Additional stair climbing required for beach access
* Access will be limited during high tide.
* Access to Topsail Reef amenities, including tennis and basketball courts, grilling area, and beach access
* Avoid sandbags around building pillars to slow beach erosion. $500 Town fine for climbing on sand bags
