- Guests should plan to bring their personal toiletries, beach chairs and towels, toys, and activities (games).
- Guests staying longer should purchase additional consumables, such as paper towels and toilet paper, based on their personal consumption.

The finer points:
- $300 Security deposit required for each reservation
- Beach access: There is direct access to the beach via stairs on the first floor in the center of the building. At high tide the waves breaking may cover the bottom stairs making it slippery to access the beach during these times. There are numerous public beach access locations nearby during these times that can be used if you feel it is unsafe. The north end beach is constantly undergoing nourishment/adding sand to expand the beach!
- Sandbags- Stay off the sandbags that surround the pillars of the condo association buildings. These are in place to help slow the beach erosion and are not to be sat or walked on.
- Pets- No pets or animals of any kind are allowed for guests. * Emotional support animals are also NOT allowed- please also review Airbnb’s policy on ESAs as well as our House Rules for more details. Please be aware and respectful of the residents in our community- they are permitted to have pets and they are required to be registered with the HOA.
- Parking- Passes are provided for 1 vehicle only. Please contact us if your group has additional vehicles. $50 fee per parking pass that is not left in the unit at check-out.
- Toiletries/Consumables: *enough to get you started*- We provide paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap to get you started, depending on your usage and length of stay you will likely need to bring additional supplies.
- Linens- Full set of linens and comforter/quilt provided for each bed. 1 set of bath towels per guest per stay are also provided. Our cleaners provide linens that are individually packaged to ensure the utmost cleanliness upon your arrival. *Absolutely none of the provided linens are to be used on the beach, replacement costs will be charged.

Our recommendations for an easy stay:
- "Sweet Dreams Linen & Rentals” for welcome packages, child items, beach items, and more- They deliver!
- Food Lion online grocery ordering & delivery (via the Sneads Ferry location, "Food Lion To Go"), super convenient and you can schedule your delivery ahead of time for just after check-in
- The "Topsail Island Bellhop Boys”, schedule ahead of time and they will unload all of your luggage/belongings, ideal for check-in & check-out
